1-1 Downloading and Installing ASUKABOOK Maker 2
You can download ASUKABOOK Maker 2 HERE.
After downloading, proceed to install the software.
Installation (Mac):
- Double-click "ASUKABOOK_Maker2.GL.dmg" that was downloaded.
- Read the ASUKABOOK Maker 2 End User License Agreement, and then select 'I Agree'.
- Installation is now complete.
The software is located at /Applications/ASUKABOOK Maker 2.
Installation (Windows):
- Double-click "ABM2SetupGL.exe" file that you downloaded.
- Read the ASUKABOOK Maker 2 End User License Agreement, and then select 'I Agree'.
- Installation is now complete.
The software is located at C:/program files/ASUKABOOK Maker 2.
You may try the software for free. However, you are required to register with AsukaBook before creating a PDF of the design and placing an order.
The first time you run the application, an Activation Code window appears. Please enter your User ID/Activation code. To run the software in trial mode, you can simply click the 'Cancel' button.
You can receive aa Activation Code so that you may create a PDF of the design and place a book order, by registering with AsukaBook.

1-3 Overview of ASUKABOOK Maker 2
ASUKABOOK Maker 2 has the following features.
- Runs on both Mac and Windows operating systems.
- Images arranged on a layout can be moved, resized, rotated, and enhanced. In addition, the position, size, rotation, and ruler for images can be arranged precisely by manually entering values.
- Text can be moved, changed to a different font, resized, justified, arranged vertically, changed to a different color, and rotated.
- Images that have been laid out can be saved as layout templates.
- Rulers and guides are available in the design area in units of inches, pixels, mm, or %.
- Cover spreads are outputted at 260dpi and inside pages are at 271dpi, even if the printing resolution of the images that have been used is greater. In addition, if the printing resolution of an image drops due to the image being enlarged, the image is printed at that resolution.
- Supports JPEG and PNG image formats.

NeoClassic Book(TM)
The NeoClassic book is our contemporary twist on the classic flush mount album. The thicker, board-type pages of this "New Classic" book are available in a laminate matte or glossy finish and are printed in exquisite 6 color. The modern looking glossy cover is fully designable and available with a hard cover or cushioned hard cover.
The NeoClassic is showcased in a unique, customizable slide-in presentation case. There is a space to insert a DVD of images to complete this classy ensemble.

DVD Presentation Book
The DVD Presentation Book is the top of the line showcase for any DVD slideshow or portfolio. This presentation book has a designed outside cover which opens to reveal a fully designed, removable book with glossy hard pages. Opposite of the removable book is a DVD placeholder covered with an elegant sheet of vellum.
The DVD Presentation Book is presented in a slide-in case that has a fine paper finish available in four colors and includes optional hot stamp text.
